Amber: is a group name for fossilized tree resin, so it includes many resins of differing chemical and physical properties. It takes over 10,000 years to form.

Abalone: common name for a certain marine mollusk. The inside of the shell is prized for its dynamic color and iridescence.

Amethyst: derived from the Greek amethystos , meaning “not drunken,” believed to protect those who wore it from drunkenness.

Blue Chalcedony: used as a precious material for the production of ornaments or small sculptures.

Blue Topaz: The name topaz mainly referred to as a gemstone, extracted on an island then known as Topazos, now called Zebirget in the Red Sea.

Carnelian: it was valued both as a gem and as a precious material for ornaments. Writers of the Old Testament noted that it was used for the high priest breastplate of power.

Citrine: is composed of quartz and derives its color from the presence of iron.

Garnet: name derived from the Latin granatum , meaning “pomegranate”, inspired by the similar red colors of the fruit's flesh.
